Program Coordinator: This role supports the Medical Consultant and is responsible for administrative aspects of program implementation, including:
- Ordering the books;
- Tracking the number of books distributed;
- Completing the semi-annual Progress Reports; and
- Ensuring a literacy-rich environment and coordinating volunteer readers (if any).
Both this are the Medical Consultant role are typically voluntary and take 1-2 hours per month.
*A medical provider may fulfill both roles, particularly in small practices.
