Please join Reach Out and Read Minnesota in welcoming our new Program Specialist, Kristi Woods!
In this role, Kristi will be supporting the implementation of our program at clinics in the Twin Cities and central Minnesota. Kristi will serve as the primary point of contact for dozens of clinics in the region, helping them to provide the best evidence-based guidance and high-quality books to the families we serve.
Kristi comes to Reach Out and Read Minnesota with wealth of experience serving children and families. Kristi holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and more than 14 years of experience in child welfare, community engagement, and program support.
Kristi says she was drawn to Reach Out and Read because of because of our "mission to empower families through early literacy and pediatric care".
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family and friends and discovering new local restaurants and coffee shops.
